Some of the desktop products we suggest you strongly consider are indicated below.  Overall we will help you with most commercial software. Server administration is a more complex topic.  We suggest this be discussed on an individual basis.  Call us to arrange this.

Shareware vs. Licensed

We suggest that you treat shareware and freeware products with more caution than commercial products.  Your business systems are at greater risk with these types of products, even if they seem to be very desirable.

CCS Partners/Recommendations

Your Windows desktop is continuously under attack from Viruses, Worms, Hijacking, Rootkits, Bookmarklets, Spyware, Adware, Phishing, Pharming, Keyboard Loggers and other forms of Malware. These products enter your system with email, program installations and other means.

AVG   AVG has a strong family of products designed specifically to protect your desktops from threats like those listed above.  This product is very aggressively designed to be as current as possible.  As an international product, it has the advantage of being close to the sites of many of the hacker communities strong-holds in Europe.  There is some evidence that Viruses and other Malware most often originate in countries other than the USA.

The Norton family of products are excellent tools for maintaining your desktops and notebooks.  Norton 360 is a comprehensive product that deals with these types of intrusions, identity theft and other forms of attack.  Norton Antivirus is a good alternative that has a more limited scope.

Stay Protected

We suggest that you set any protection products for automatic loading and monitoring from Windows startup. A regular schedule of scans and backups should be done to keep your desktops running and protected.
