The latest danger for many PC users is a rogue virus called ThinkPoint, known also by multiple aliases, including Red Cross Antivirus, Peak Protection 2010 and AntiSpy Safeguard — just to name a few.
Cloaked in the guise of being part of Microsoft's "Security Essentials" in order to entice Windows users into downloading and installing a potentially harmful program, this latest virus is particularly dangerous, according to network administrator and Queens Village resident Lance Kurzrok.
